For over a decade, Caroline has counseled partners, counsels, and associates in navigating pivotal career moves to Am Law firms, mid-size, boutiques, and in-house roles. Originally from Boston, Caroline litigated and started her legal recruiting career in her hometown. She moved to New York City to manage the national attorney placements of a large legal recruiting company. Now living and recruiting in Los Angeles for eight years, Caroline also assists attorneys and firms in California.

Prior to recruiting, Caroline was a commercial litigator at two big firms in Boston for four years. She loved working with clients but not the courtroom. She made the switch from practicing law to pursuing her calling of advocating for attorneys who are dealing with the same career challenges she once faced. 

 

Caroline integrates mindfulness and visualization techniques into her career counseling that candidates can incorporate into their everyday law practice, job searches, and interview process.

 

Caroline received her bachelor’s degree from Harvard University, cum laude, with a concentration in history and law degree from New England School of Law where she interned for former Justice Geraldine Hines of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Caroline lives in the Hollywood Hills in California with her family and is an avid weight lifter.
